These terms apply to your use of getlustre.co.uk (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

The website is run by Nicholas Waller, a sole trader trading as Lustre ("Lustre", "we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
These terms and our service
These terms cover the website only. Businesses that use the Lustre service or API do so under a separate agreement with us, which applies instead of these terms where they conflict.
If you're checking your device because an insurer or reseller asked you to, your relationship is with that business, and its terms apply to your policy or purchase.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the systems it runs on, or any data we hold;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code, or overloading it with automated requests;
- use the website, including the demo, to submit photos or information about devices or people without the right to do so;
- copy, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the website without our permission;
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or any part of it, at any time.
The demo
The demo lets you try a device check. It's for evaluating Lustre only. Results are for demonstration and must not be relied on for any decision about a real device.
Information on the website
The website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. That includes pricing, which is indicative until agreed with you in writing, and may be subject to implementation fees.
We may change the website at any time.
Intellectual property
We, or our licensors, own the intellectual property in the website and its content, including the Lustre name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Where the website links to other websites, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those websites and aren't responsible for them.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

- we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content;
- if you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
